Pack Leadership
Cub Scouting cannot be successful without parent volunteers. All parents volunteer their time in some way with our Pack, but the following people make up our Pack Leadership.
Pack leadership is broken up into the Cubmaster, Den Leaders and their assistants, and the Pack Committee. The Cubmaster(s) and Den Leaders work directly with the Cub Scouts to deliver the Cub Scout Program. The Pack Committee handle administrative and operational work so that the Cubmaster and Den leaders can focus on the Scouts.
In addition to the Pack leaders shown here, we also coordinate with our chartering organization, VFW Post 4643 in Satellite Beach, FL.
Pack 309 Committee
The Committee meets monthly to organize and coordinate the administrative functions of the Pack, ensuring that our Cub Scouts have engaging and fun activities lead by trained and supported adult volunteers.

The leader of the pack is the Cubmaster. In addition to serving as the master of ceremonies, the Cubmaster provides support to Den Leaders.
